Made for you
Our physical products are made to order and shipped directly by our production partners. Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.
Order processing and production
We aim to review and submit physical orders for production within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Production generally takes another 2–7 business days before shipment, although timing varies by product, availability, order size, and seasonal demand. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Production time is separate from carrier transit time. Any delivery estimate explicitly described as including production already accounts for that stage. Estimated dates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Please allow extra time for gifts and holiday orders.
Shipping rates and destinations
Standard shipping within the United States is $6.95 per order, regardless of the number of physical items purchased. This is one shipping charge per order, not per item. Shipping is charged separately from product prices. We do not currently offer an automatic free-shipping threshold. Available delivery options are displayed at checkout for your address. If no shipping option is available, contact hello@midlifeunbothered.com before ordering.
Delivery and tracking
Transit time depends on the product, carrier, shipping method, and destination. Where available, estimated delivery information is shown with your shipping option or order updates. Tracking information will be shared when available. A tracking number may be created before the carrier receives or scans the package.
Separate packages
Items may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages on different days. You may receive more than one tracking number. You will not be charged additional shipping simply because your order ships in separate packages; the $6.95 standard U.S. shipping charge applies once per order.
Digital downloads
Digital purchases do not incur shipping charges, and no physical item will be mailed. Follow the download instructions supplied with your purchase. If you cannot find or access your files, check your spam or junk folder and contact hello@midlifeunbothered.com with your order number.
Address changes and delivery issues
Please confirm your shipping address before placing an order. Email us promptly if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible once production begins. If an address entered incorrectly requires reshipping, additional charges may apply, and we will confirm them with you first.
If your package is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us promptly with your order number. Check the delivery address, nearby delivery areas, and with household members or your local carrier while we investigate. We will work with our production and shipping partners to determine the next steps.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 14 calendar days of delivery, including clear photos and your order number. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.
