Returns & Refunds
We want you to enjoy your Midlife Unbothered purchase. If something is wrong, contact hello@midlifeunbothered.com with your order number so we can help.
Made-to-order physical products
Our physical products are made especially for you after you order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrectly selected size or color, or an item ordered by mistake. Please review the product description, dimensions, and any size chart before purchasing.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and the problem. Include photos of the packaging if it was damaged. Once we verify the issue, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or a refund for the affected item, including its applicable shipping charge and tax.
Please contact us before sending anything back. Do not mail returns to the address on the package or our business mailing address unless we provide instructions. A physical return is generally not needed for verified damage or printing defects.
Digital downloads
Digital products are delivered electronically. Once a download has been made available, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind or an accidental purchase. If your file is missing, corrupted, incorrect, or cannot be accessed, email us so we can help. If we cannot supply a working file that matches the listing, we will refund the affected digital product.
Cancellations and order changes
Email us as soon as possible to request a cancellation or change. Requests are not guaranteed. Physical orders can only be changed or canceled if production has not begun. Digital orders cannot be canceled after the download has been made available, except as described above.
Delivery problems
Please check your shipping address before placing an order. Contact us promptly about missing or undelivered packages so we can investigate. If an incorrect address supplied at checkout requires reshipping, additional shipping charges may apply; we will confirm any charge with you first.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when the credit appears.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
